Resumo

The submitted project deals with understanding of intermediate energy nuclear physics which is dominated by hadron degrees of freedom. Since the quantum chroropdynamics (QCD) cannot be used for studies at intermediate energies, the idea is to use QCD inspired "effective field theories", which are based on the fact that the physics of the ground states of tight hadrons is governed by the spontaneous breaking of chiral symmetry. Using a formalism built with these ideas and extended to hidden local symmetries, we wish to study hadronic systems, generation of resonances, their properties and the effect of the presence of these resonances on the quarkonia at intermediate energy region. Our motivation is to find answers to the questions like: Can some excited hadrons be understood purely in terms of hadronic interactions or do the quark degrees of freedom play some role too? Which hadrons are bound state of quarks and which ones can be understood as molecules of more fundamental hadrons? What about other multi-quark configurations, hybrids or glueballs etc? (AU)
