This project aims to study the occurrence of viral and bacterial diseases in donkeys raised in the Regional Pole of Alta Mogiana located in Colina-SP and region. Semen from seropositive males for viral arteritis will be investigated by isolation techniques in cell culture and PCR to detect if the arteritis virus is being disseminated through this route of elimination.
