Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Sociology at the Federal University of São Carlos and Visiting Researcher in the Department of Sociology at UFSCar. Holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from UFSCar, with doctoral internships at Goldsmiths College - University of London and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Cnam) - Paris. Worked as an International Fellow at the Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS) at the University of Chicago, with support from the Urban Studies Foundation. Researches at the intersection of Urban Studies and Sociology of Work, with a focus on informalities, work culture, and popular economies.
