Journalist, researcher and senior professor at the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo. With over 500 journalism students, published report collections. Worked in the Brazilian press and television (Estado de S. Paulo, Jornal da Tarde, Revista Fotoptica, TV Bandeirantes, TV Cultura). She is a professor in Epistemology of Journalism at the University of São Paulo (1989), master and doctor in Communication Sciences at the University of São Paulo (1975 and 1986), a specialist in Journalism at the Centro de Estudios Superior de Periodismo para América Latina - CIESPAL, Ecuador. She is dedicated to the training of masters, doctors, and post-doctors in postgraduate studies at the University of São Paulo.
