Graduated Full Degree in Mathematics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1985), MS in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1994) and a PhD in Education (Curriculum) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000). He is currently an assistant professor - municipal, Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and educational coordinator of the Network São Paulo Teacher Training Network (Str). He served as General Coordinator of the Political Pedagogical Department of Continuing Education, Literacy and Diversity (SECADI) of the Ministry of Education (MEC) (2001). He has experience in education, with an emphasis on Digital Technologies of Information and Communication in Education, acting on the following themes: teacher training, Digital Inclusion and School, Special Education, Inclusive Education and Distance Education.
