Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. She is Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Special Education and the Brazilian Journal of Special Education . Reviewer of several Brazilian journals . President of the Brazilian Association of Researchers in Special Education - ABPEE From January 2008 to December 2009 . Vice - President of the Brazilian Association of Researchers in Special Education - ABPEE - : from january /2004-december /2005 and january/2006-december /2007 . Conducts research in the area of Special Education , interested in : intellectual disability , autism, inclusion , professional , alternative communication , teaching and collaborative consultation .
