Abstract
Graves' disease (GD) is the main cause of hyperthyroidism, due to the presence of immunoglobulins, IgG1 subclass, directly against the TSH receptor (TSHR). Patients with GD present antibodies against TSHR (TRAb), divided into stimulators (TSI) and blockers and apoptotic (TBI).
