Carlos Fernando Rondina Mateus

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics - ITA (1996) , Graduated Officers Airmen Course for the Air Force Academy (1987) , master's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics - ITA (1997) , Ph.D. in Quantum Electronics - University of California Berkeley (2004), and post- doctorate in MEMS sensors at the Centre Suisse d' Electronique et Microtechnique (CSEM) (2011). Acted as area coordinator for Graduate course of the University of the Air Force, Assistant Professor of the Technological Institute of Aeronautics - ITA and has retired from the Air Force in the rank of Colonel Aviator, having served in the following functions: researcher, Head of the Photonics Division of IEAv, Technical Director at IEAv, Manager of Innovation at DCTA - Department of Aerospace Science and Technology. He has experience in Aerospace Engineering with emphasis in Aerospace Nanotechnology, Sensors and Optical Communications.
