Graduated in Physical Education from the State University of Londrina (2003), holds a Masters degree (2008) and PhD (2012) in Child and Adolescent Health, Faculty of Medical Sciences (FCM), UNICAMP. During PhD he performed an internship abroad (PDEE-CAPES), in the Faculty of Human Kinetics (FMH) of the University of Lisbon (UL-Portugal). Currently, is performing pos doc (FAPESP) in FCM-UNICAMP, master's and doctoral advisor at the Graduate Program in Child and Adolescent FCM-UNICAMP, researcher collaborator of the Centre for Research in Pediatrics (CIPED) and leader of Group Studies on Growth, Body Composition, and Physical Activity CIPED / FCM-UNICAMP. Moreover and contributor Lab Exercise and Health FMH-UL (Portugal). He has experience in Physical Education, with an emphasis on Growth and Development and Body Composition.
