University Professor at Veterinary Medicine with knowledge in field of Animal Anatomy, Surgery and Forensic Medicinie graduated at the University of São Paulo in Veterinary Medicine. I accomplished my Technical training level TT3 in small animal surgery, my master degree and PhD in Veterinary Sciences and I also realized my Postdoctoral in Clinical Veterinary and Surgery and my specialization course in animal orthopedic surgery. Reviewer of Plos One, Veterinary Surgery, American Journal of Veterinary Research, Acta Veterinaria Scandinavica, Veterinary and Comparative Orthopaedics and Traumatologyand The Scientifc World Journal of Veterinary Research. Published scientific articles in important journals as Veterinary and Comparative Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Journal of Small Animal Practice, Forensic Science International and also in the Biomedical Central of Veterinary Research. I was invited professor at São Paulo University and also as an university professor at Unicsul in Surgical Technique and Anesthesiology, Surgical Pathology I and II and Animal Anatomy. In my seek to always keep me updated I presented several studies at Veterinary Orthopaedic Society Congress and at the American College of Veterinary Surgeons Symposium which was published in VCOT and Veterinary Surgery. This study will evaluate shock wave therapy effects in dogs suffering from osteoarthritis in the hip joint.
