He is currently a professor at the Department of Plant Production in College of Agricultural and Technological Sciences from Unesp - Dracena campus. Coordinator of GAIA - Action Group on Environmental Impacts and permanent member of the Graduate Program in Agronomy - Production System (FEIS/Unesp, Ilha Solteira campus). He has experience in Applied and Environmental Microbiology and his area of expertise includes bioremediation and pesticide biodegradation in agricultural soil.
