Maria Angélica Miglino, professor at the Department of Surgery at FMVZ USP. He received his PhD in 1985 from PPG Functional Anatomy: Structure and Ultrastructure ICB / USP. He was a member of the Fapesp and CNPq Area Committee, in addition to being the Vice-Coordinator and Area Coordinator (Veterinary Medicine) of Capes. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Veterinary Sciences of Spain. Member of the Brazilian Society of Anatomy, World Association of Veterinary Anatomists, and of the American Society of Anatomy. She received awards (Loke Award for Researchers in Early Care, IFPA; EPG Award Peter Kaufmann New Investigator; Capes de Tese Award) and most recently the USP-Vida 2020 Award. She is the research director of the INCT Cell Therapy in Cancer). Collaborator of CEPID, Technology Transfer Project and Cell Therapy Center. He works in the area of Veterinary Medicine, Morphological Sciences, Developmental Biology with emphasis on Placenta and Placentation, Cell Therapy in Animal Models, and Tissue Engineering, developing multidisciplinary technological projects aimed at the regeneration of organs and tissues.
