I?ve graduated in Biology at Federal University of Viçosa, doing Master and PhD. in Education in the Campinas State University, where I´ve been teaching since 1997. I am currently Associate Professor I (MS-5.1) at State University of Campinas, in the Department of Education, Knowledge, Language and Art, and I am also researcher at the Laboratory of Audiovisual Studies (Olho), a Associated Researcher in the Laboratory of Advanced Journalism Studies (Labjor) and Associated Researcher at the Office of Philosophy, University of Porto, Portugal. Within the Faculty of Education at Unicamp, My research experience is in the area of education, with emphasis on relationships between Curriculum and Audiovisual Culture.
