Main research fields: Dynamical Astronomy- Planetary Dynamics, Tidal Evolution, Extrasolar Planets, Planetary and Satellite Rotation. Scientific member of GALA (Ganymede Laser Altimeter), which has been selected by ESA in February 2013 as payload for the Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (JUICE) Mission to Jupiter and the Galilean Satellites.
