Graduated in Biological Sciences (UNESP), Master in Neurosciences (University of Amsterdam), PhD and Post-Doctorate in Psychobiology (UNIFESP). He is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Psychobiology, Escola Paulista de Medicina, Unifesp. Develops research in the area of Behavioral Neuroscience in rodents, with application to the understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders, mainly related to neurodevelopment, such as Autism, Schizophrenia and ADHD. Teaching in undergraduate courses in Biomedicine, Medicine and Speech-Therapy. He advises Scientific Initiation, Master's and Doctoral students and is the coordinator of the Graduate Program in Psychobiology at UNIFESP (Medicine II Concentration Area, CAPES Concept 7).
