Bachelor (2003), Master (2005), and Ph.D. (2008) in Engineering Physics from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal (Canada), post-doctorate in Physics (2013) from University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and "livre-docência" (UNICAMP, 2019). Currently associate professor at the Gleb Wataghin Physics Institute at UNICAMP and coordinator of the undergraduate course in Engineering Physics. Her research interests encompass the development of novel magnetic materials and nanostructures, mainly nanowires, with a focus on spintronics and nanoelectronics applications. More specifically, she is working on the following topics: first-order reversal curves (FORC), several magnetic nanostructures: nanowire and magnetic antidot arrays, nanoparticles, thin and multilayer films, magnetostatic, dynamic and magnetoelectric properties, dipolar interactions, skyrmions, giant magnetoimpedance (GMI). Editor of the IEEE Magnetics Letter journal. Received the Carolina Nemes Award from the Brazilian Society of Physics (SBF) in 2018, for early career physicists in Brazil, and the Zeferino Vaz Academic Recognition Award from UNICAMP in 2020, for excellence in academic, research and outreach activities.
