She works as a Project Engineer at CEREMA - Centre d'études et d'expertise sur les risques, l'environnement, la mobilité et l'aménagement, in the research and development group BPE - Bâtiments Performants dans leur Environnement, France. She is currently a member of Annex 86 of the International Energy Agency, with activities related to Subtask 4 - Ensuring performance of smart ventilation, with a focus on indoor air quality in residences. Bachelor of Exact Sciences, with specialization in Chemistry from the Institute of Physics of São Carlos, University of São Paulo - USP (2008). Holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering - EESC/USP in the thermal area with studies in the process of desulfurization by limestones to minimize air pollutants in processes applied in power generation. PhD in Mechanical Engineering, obtained at the Center for Thermal and Fluids Engineering NETeF, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering - EESC USP, in the thermal area with studies in thermal behavior of coal and sugarcane bagasse applying thermogravimetry and DTF: combustion processes, emissions, kinetics, residues analysis, and oxy-fuel combustion. holds a Post-Doctoral degree from the University of Nottingham - England, with the Cleaner Fossil Energy and Carbon Capture Technologies group and from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, funded by CAPES National Post-Doctoral Program, working with research area retated to combustion and ash formation from the low-grade fuels. Worked as a visiting researcher at Savoie Mont Blanc University, in the LOCIE laboratory, with research related to the formation of indoor pollutants and the role of ventilation in indoor air quality in residences.
