Bachelor's at Química Bacharelado Opção Tecnológica from Universidade Estadual de Londrina (2002), Master's at Chemistry from Universidade de São Paulo (2005) and Doctorate at Chemistry from Universidade de São Paulo (2009). Has experience in Chemistry, focusing on Molecular Spectroscopy, acting on the following subjects: vibrational (Raman and IR) and electronic spectroscopy, SERS spectroscopy, SO2 complexes and gases dissolved in ionic liquids. Worked as a post doc at IQ-USP (2009-2010), and spent a year (2016-2017) at the Ohio State University working with time resolved spectroscopic techniques.
