Master's student in Food and Nutrition at PPGAN/FEA at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) - 2022. I am currently conducting research on the postprandial effect of consuming high-fat diets, especially interesterified fats, on the development of metabolic diseases and acute inflammation. Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Acre (2021), CRN 13351. During graduation, he enjoyed teaching, research and extension, with emphasis on extracurricular internships at the Food and Nutrition Unit (UAN) at SESC/AC (2019) and at the Enteral Nutrition Center - DEPAF/SESACRE (2020-2021). She was a monitor in the disciplines of Nutrition and Metabolism, Food Planning and Dietary Prescription I, Diet Therapy I and II.
