I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap) and a Visiting Fellow at the Latin America and Caribbean Center at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE-LACC), with a FAPESP grant. I Graduated in International Relations at the University of São Paulo (2008), Master in Sociology at the University of São Paulo (2012) and PhD in Sociology at the Institute of Social and Political Studies (IESP/UERJ), with a period at the University of Texas at Austin (CAPES fellow). I received an honorable mention at the CAPES Thesis Award 2019 for the thesis "The right to periphery: experience of social mobility and struggle for citizenship among peripheral workers" in the field of Sociology. Consultant in the areas of public policy and research in the social sciences. I have experience in the areas of Sociology and Politics, with an emphasis on Sociology of Development, Political Sociology, Urban Sociology and Public Policy, working mainly on the following topics: right to the city, social classes, economic development and urban public policies.
