Graduated in Agroindustrial Engineering - Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco (1998), Master in Food Engineering and Science by São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2012) and Ph.D. in Food Engineering and Science by the Júlio de Mesquita Filho State University of São Paulo (2020). Currently, he is a scholarship holder for Technical Training 3 by FAPESP at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He has experience in the field of Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on Transport Phenomena in food engineering, working mainly on the following topics: Physical properties of foods, mathematical modeling, extraction of bioactive compounds, biopolymers, rheology.
