Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Federal University of São Carlos. She is improved in Physiotherapy in the area of #8203;#8203;Geriatrics and Gerontology by the Hospital das Clínicas of the University of São Paulo (HCFMUSP-SP). He completed his master's and doctorate at the Postgraduate Program in Physiotherapy at UFSCar. She was substitute professor at the UFSCar Gerontology Department and on the coordination, tutoring and teaching staff of the Specialization in Aging and Health for the Elderly UFSCar. She was an adjunct professor of the Physiotherapy course, Integrated Health Institute, of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul Foundation (UFMS) (2017-2019). She is currently an adjunct professor at the Department of Gerontology, UFSCar, and advisor to the Postgraduate Program in Gerontology. She is leader of the CNPq Research Group Functional and multiprofessional approach in Gerontology. She is member of the Research and Practice in Dementia (RAPID) Physiotherapist Network, coordinated by Profa. Morag Taylor (UNSW, Australia).
