Birthplace: Brazil

I have a bachelor's degree in Biomedicine Sciences (Universidade Paulista, UNIP). During my graduation, I did an internship for two years at the Laboratory of Structural Molecular Biology (LABIMES), at the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), where I did a scientific initiation funded by The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), for one year. Among the laboratory activities I performed, I have experience in the cultivation of bacteria, expression and purification of heterologous enzymes, biochemical assays of enzymatic activity. Furthermore, I have experience in bioinformatics methodologies such as the alignment of primary protein sequences, construction of theoretical models of proteins based on homology, in addition to the analysis of molecular docking results.
