Doctor graduated from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP). During graduation, he carried out scientific initiation in the area of Tuberculosis, with funding from the Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo, under the guidance of Prof. doctor Walter Vitti Junior, also carried out research in the area of stroke under the guidance of Prof. doctor Rodrigo Bazan. He was scientific director of the Botucatu Neurosciences League from 2018 to 2021, having developed teaching, research and extension activities, together with the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychology of the Hospital das Clínicas, Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu.
