Animal Scientist. Mrs. Stradiotti received hers BS (2007), MS (2010), PhD (2013), and Post-doctoral (2017 and 2019) degrees at Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), College of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences (FMVZ), and Institute of Biosciences (IB), Botucatu Campus, Brazil. She participated in an international exchange program as short-term visiting scholar in the Department of Animal Sciences at Purdue University, IN, USA (2012), and as visiting researcher in the Department of Stable Isotopes at Istituto Agrario di San Michele all'Adige (Fondazione Edmund Mach), TN, Italy (2016). She also performed technical visit as honorary associate in the Department of Animal Sciences at University of Wisconsin-Madison, WI, USA (2016). Mrs. Stradiotti has academic experience in research on nutrition and animal production, working mainly on the following topics: nutritional requirements of broilers, stable isotope technique, labeled amino acid, isotopic tracer, isotopic dilution and tissue turnover.
