CV Lattes ResearcherID ORCID

Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Museu de Zoologia (MZ)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Bachelor in Biological Sciences (2011) and Master in Ecology and Conservation (2014) from the State University of Paraíba, and PhD in Biological Sciences - Zoology (2019) from the Federal University of Paraíba. Currently, I have been working on research that encompasses different aspects of ecology and conservation. I am a Postdoc at the Museum of Zoology at the University of São Paulo and a Visiting Researcher at Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN - USA). I have experience in Diversity, Ecology and Conservation of Mammals, Spatial Analysis, Landscape Ecology and Agroecosystems. Specifically, my lines of research deal with the effects of land cover and land use modification on the diversity of terrestrial mammals, especially involving agricultural systems - integrating landscape ecology, populations and communities - to study the effects of matrices and other landscape factors as determinants that shape biodiversity, its use of space and its implications for conservation.
