Henrique Hadad

Currently, I'm a postdoctoral at the Karolinska Institutet (KI) in Stockholm, Sweden, in the Department of Endocrinology and Pediatrics, working on growth plate disorders and cartilage biology. I hold a MSc and PhD degree in the field of Bone Biology, specifically studying Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology by the São Paulo State University (UNESP), School of Dentistry, Araçatuba (FOA), with scholarship provided by FAPESP. I made a 1-year Research Fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard School of Dental Medicine (Boston, USA) to improve my skills in in vitro analysis. I graduated in Dentistry (Federal University of Alfenas, 2017). During the graduation participated in outreach projects, conferences and seminars, attended elective courses and exercised voluntary monitoring. Has summary published in proceedinds of conferences and articles. Developed Scientific Research in pathology (concentration area: Laser Therapy; Oxidative Stress; Neutrophils) and surgery (concentration area: Biocompatibility, Repair). Has experience in the area of Dentistry, with emphasis on Surgery, working mainly on the following topics: pain prevention, edema and trismus arising from third molar surgery, osteonecrosis, dental implants, TMD/cartilage and biomaterials.
