Igor Matheus Santana Chaves

PhD student by the Graduate Program in Territory Planning and Management at the Federal University of ABC, with research focused on the theory of Territorial Planning. He is also an Associate Researcher for the thematic project "Environmental Governance of the Macrometrópole Paulista due to climatic variability" (FAPESP 2015 / 03804-9); researcher at the Sudamericano Institute for Studies on Resiliency and Sustainability, as part of the Brazil team; member of the Executive Secretariat in Revista Ambiente & Sociedade and Editor of the Socio-Environmental Dialogues section of the Macrometrópole Paulista, and representative of the PGT / UFABC at the Asociación Latinoamericana de Escuelas de Urbanismo y Planificación (ALEUP), with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Sorocaba (2016) and a master's in Planning and Territory Management by the Federal University of ABC (2019), with an emphasis on issues related to the dynamics of cultural heritage and its relationship with the territory. She works in planning consultancy. She was a member of NEP (Center for Studies and Research) at the Traffic Secretariat. and Citizenship of Itapetininga and member of the Cultural Policy Council of the same municipality, in ca of Memory and Heritage.
