He has worked in management positions in international non-governmental organizations linked to housing issues, such as the International Community Action Network (Brazilian organization affiliated with Slum Dwellers International -SDI) and TETO. He has experience in the area of Public Administration with an emphasis on the following themes: government bureaucracy, state capacity and public policies, particularly those related to housing and social assistance.
