Geographer graduated from the State University of Ceará. He has specializations in the environmental area, with a focus on Management and Sustainable Development. Worked in the coordination / training of interdisciplinary teams during the implementation of Wind Complexes, Substations and Transmission Lines. Presents experiences in Geoprocessing and Field Activities, involving physical, biotic and archaeological aspects. Science in the execution of Technical Environmental Studies and Environmental Licensing. During the master's degree he conducted research in Climatology.
