Letícia Grillo Guimarães Pereira

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) with a bachelor's and teaching degree. Gained research experience at the Synthetic Biology Laboratory (UNICAMP) and at the Therapeutic Antibodies Laboratory (Boldrini Research Center), where she developed skills in cell culture, flow cytometry, microbiology, animal experimentation, among other laboratory techniques. She received a TT-3 scholarship, conducting single-cell analysis under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Marcelo Mori at the Aging Biology Laboratory (LaBE). Currently, she is a direct Ph.D. student at LaBE, with a project funded by FAPESP entitled "Functional validation of candidate genes as mediators of adipocyte hypertrophy".
