Reydson Alcides de Lima Souza

Graduated in Dentistry from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Developed research as a volunteer student in the area of Psychology and Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthesis through the Institutional Program for Scientific Initiation Scholarships (PIBIC/UFPE/CNPq) and as a scholarship student in the area of Stomatopathology (PIBIC/UFPE/CNPq). Master's and PhD student in Stomatopathology at the Postgraduate Program in Stomatopathology at the Piracicaba School of Dentistry, State University of Campinas (FOP - UNICAMP). He was a visiting researcher funded by the Research Internship Abroad Program (BEPE-FAPESP) at the Bioptická laboratory; and at Charles University, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, Czech Republic (2023). He has carried out research into the morphological and molecular aspects of head and neck neoplasms and laboratory activities involving molecular pathology at the Pathology Department of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, UNICAMP (FCM - UNICAMP). He did an outpatient internship in the Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck service at the Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology at FCM - UNICAMP (2018-2020), in the Plastic Surgery service at SOBRAPAR Skull and Face Hospital (2020-2022) and carried out clinical activities at the Diagnosis and Treatment of Oral Lesions Service (OROCENTRO) at FOP - UNICAMP (2022). Founder and coordinator of the Molecular Pathology League (LAPMOL/FCM - UNICAMP (2019-2022). He has experience in dentistry, with an interest in oral pathology, stomatology, salivary gland tumors, molecular pathology, genetics, omics, and oral diagnosis. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
