My research involves understanding Earth's surface change processes, emphasizing soil erosion, and assessing biomass through advanced remote sensing and machine learning techniques. I am exploring using UAV-radar and remote sensing in soil science and crop/pasture management in a precision agriculture context. Other areas of interest include using photogrammetry (i.e. structure-from-motion) algorithms to facilitate 3D soil surface generation from aerial images for soil conservation purposes.
