Post-doctorate from the Polytechnic University of Athens (2007). Evaluator of the National System of Evaluation of Higher Education MEC, of the CNPQ (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development), FAPESP (Research Support Fund of the State of São Paulo). Author of more than 100 studies published in several countries as: United States, Italy, Greece and Brazil. Has experience in the area of Fundamental Social Rights, Constitutional Law, Constitutional Procedural Law, Administrative Law and Public Policies.
