MARIO EIDI SATO Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ) (1985), Master in Entomology from the University of São Paulo (1989), PhD in Entomology from the University of São Paulo (1999), Visiting Researcher (Post-Doctorate) ) at Nagoya University in Japan (2002-2004). He is currently a scientific researcher (PqC VI) and professor of the Postgraduate Program in "Plant and Animal Health, Food and Environmental Safety in the Agribusiness" at Instituto Biológico. He published 126 articles in national and international journals. He works in the field of Agronomy, with an emphasis on Acarology, Biological pest control with predatory mites, Integrated Pest Management and Arthropod resistance to pesticides.
