Graduated in Biological Sciences with emphasis on Biotechnology, holding both a Bachelor's and a Teaching degree from the "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" São Paulo State University, Rio Claro Campus. Conducted Scientific Initiation funded by Fapesp at the animal cytogenetics laboratory of Unesp in Rio Claro, working with molecular analyses of individuals from the Order Orthoptera (06/2018 - 06/2019). Also completed the Pedagogical Residency program funded by Capes (10/2020 - 03/2022). Attended a Japanese language course in Tokyo at the ISI (International Study Institute) Language School (07/2022 - 06/2023). Currently pursuing a master's degree at the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture (CENA/USP) and working on comparative analyses of transposition element expression in grasses (Poaceae), with a focus on sugarcane, at the Computational, Evolutionary and Systems Biology Laboratory (LabBCES).
