Graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Alagoas (2011), Master in Computer Science from the University of Campinas (2014), Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Campinas (2018), and held a post-doctorate in Computer Science by the University of Campinas (2019). He was a finalist in the competition for best master's dissertation in Computer Science from the Brazilian Computer Society (2015), won the prize for best Thesis at the Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (2019), and the prize for second best Thesis in the Contest Latin American Doctoral Thesis from CLEI (2019). Helder Oliveira is an adjunct professor at UFABC. Helder has been researching computer networks, mainly in the areas of optical networks and wireless networks. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
