BSc in Oceanography (2014) by Santa Catarina Federal University (UFSC), MSc (2017) and PhD (2021) in Physical Oceanography by the Oceanographic Institute of the University of São Paulo (IO-USP). Current Postdoctoral Researcher at IO-USP by The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), developing a research internship at the Sorbonne University (Paris, France). Research targets involve the analysis of numerical model simulations of the climate, with focus on the South Atlantic Ocean circulation, in connection to the Global Overturning Circulation. Particular emphasis is given to past, present and future low-frequency variability, aiming at understanding the ocean circulation response to modern climate change. Complementary interests involve Science Communication and raising public awareness with respect to human-induced climate change. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
