Graduated in Electrical Engineering from São Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil in 2006. She received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at UNICAMP. She had spent one year as a visiting student in Power Disturbance and Signalling (PDS) Research Lab, University of Alberta (UofA), Edmonton, Canada. She is an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery and IEEE Power Engineering Letters. Her research interests are power distribution system automation and monitoring, fault location and non-technical losses.
