Masters and Doctorate in Science in Aeronautics Institute of Technology in physics and chemistry of materials, with titles of Master and Doctor of Science obtained in 2000 and 2004, respectively. Approved 17 times research resources from FAPESP and CNPq, helped consolidate the Tribology Laboratory at INPE in the period 2004-2008. Stayed as visiting professor at Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago during 2008. Completed Post-Doctoral program in physics at ITA by the National Program of postdoctoral - PNPD / 2009-2010. Since 2011 acts as Professor / Researcher in the Institute for Research and Development of Univap is leader of Nanotecplasma group. Works as a volunteer teacher in Technological Institute of Aeronautics ITA since 2009. Has advised since 2004, four dissertations and three doctoral theses with funds from FAPESP, CNPq and Capes. Participates in three patent applications: BR1020140323740, ?Apparatus for Plasma Reactor, and respective films obtained, filed in 2014," and 031364-2 BRPI10 "Discharge plasma by dielectric barrier reactor, process and pre-treatment system of lignocellulose biomass deposited in 2012 ". BRPI0705283: "Process and Treatment inner surface of Tubular Systems". Deposited in 2007. Published over than 30 scientific articles in refereed journals since 2002, has more than 500 citations from scholar google and index H 14.
