Graduated in Chemistry from the Federal University of Goiás (2010), Masters at Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2013) and PhD at Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (2017). He has experience in Chemistry, with emphasis on Environmental and Analytical Chemistry, which includes application of sample preparation procedures, optimization of methods in batchwise and in a flow systems, proposition of sample preparation flow systems based on microwave-assisted digestion, microwave-assisted extraction, acid extraction and alkaline hydrolysis, evaluation of bioadsorbents in flow systems based on solid phase extraction (SPE) and application of them for metal adsorption. During PhD exchange internship in Austria, He evaluated the applicability of a microwave-assisted flow digestion system at high pressure and high temperature for sample preparation of solid samples (animal and plant tissues) and liquid samples (milk and fruit juices) for multi-element determination by ICP OES. He performed postdoctoral studies at Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture (CENA/USP), where he developed batch and flow-batch sample preparation procedures for salicylic acid fractionation in fresh plant leaves prior its chromatographic separation (HPLC and SIC) and florimetric determination. Lastly, he was researcher fellow at the Environmental Reference Center (CRA) of the Chemistry Department of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), where he worked on optimization and validation of sample preparation procedures for multi-element determinations of metal and metalloids of biological samples (blood, serum, milk, liver, kidney, muscle, and others) by ICP-MS/MS. He made part of Quality Management Group of the CRA of the DQ-UFMG and in the implementation of ISO 17025 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) in the laboratory routine. Skilled in working with spectroanalytical (FAAS, GFAAS, HG-AAS, ICP OES, ICP-MS...) and chromatographic (SIC and HPLC) techniques. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
