PhD in Animal Sciences from the University of Brasilia - UnB and University of Guelph - UoG, Ontario, Canada. Post doctoral researcher in bioinnovation at the São Paulo State University. Master in Fisheries Engineering and Fishing Resources and Graduate in Animal Science from the Western Paraná State University. MBA in Project Management at FG&. Was a President of Água Viva Institute and Head of Division in the Coordination of Planning and Management of Aquaculture in the Brazilian Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Worked for five years as a consultant at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) with analysis of projects related to the aquaculture production chain, new technologies for aquaculture and assessment of the capacity to support water resources. At the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - Unesp, he served as Advisor to the Rector and Entrepreneurship Manager at the Unesp Innovation Agency - AUIN (2017 - 2020). Currently is Associate Professor at the São Paulo State University teaching about Economics, Bioeconomics, Management of Aquaculture Projects and Entrepreneurship. In the Unesp is a Advisor and scientific researcher at the Aquaculture Center of Unesp - Caunesp. Develops projects and research in the area of Fisheries Resources, with emphasis on Aquaculture and Bioeconomics. At Unesp, is Co-founder and coordinator of the Technological Incubator and Coworking "Aquário de Ideias" and member of the Advanced Institute of Artificial Intelligence - AI2, where acts as mentor to startups and spin-offs that work with Aquaculture, Bioeconomy and Bioinnovation.
