Visiting researcher at the International Institute of Legal Sociology in Oñati, Spain (2016) and at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (2016/2017). Coordinator of the research group Law and Regulation of Society, certifed by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq. Executive editor of Revista Direito Mackenzie (Mackenzie Law Review). My research focuses on Public Law, Economic Law, Sociology and Legal Theory and Legal Empirical Research, with emphasis on the study of social theories for the description of law and society; of courts and organizations; and legal scientific communication.
