Graduated in Chemical Engineering at Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz (2015), Master in Chemical Engineering at Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo (2018) with Sandwich period at The University of British Columbia, and Doctorate in Chemical Engineering at Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo (2021) with Sandwich period at The University of Queensland. He has experience in Research & Development and Process Engineering in the chemical industry, in the area of synthesis of polymer resins, sulfuric acid, water and wastewater treatment plants. Research in the area of Hydrometallurgy, Urban and Industrial Solid Waste Management and the promotion of the Circular Economy for the recovery of critical metals using leaching techniques, thermodynamic simulation, precipitation separation techniques, solvent extraction and ion exchange resins, cycle analysis of life and public policies. He is a reviewer at the Journal of Cleaner Production, Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, Waste Management, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, and Chemical Engineering Journal. Elected representative of graduate students in the Congregation of the Polytechnic School and in the Graduate Committee, and alternate in the Research Committee (2020-2021). SemeAd PQ Jr 2021 Academic Productivity Awards, Excellence in Review Award by Resources, Conservation and Recycling (2020) and Resources, Conservation and Recycling (2021) journals, and Vebleo Fellow Jr. He is currently a postdoc in the field of battery recycling for electric and hybrid cars.
