Father of Joaquim and Ravi, graduated as bachelor in Geology at Institute of Geosciences (University of São Paulo) in 2005. He has MSc (2010) and PhD (2014) in Tectonics at the same institution. He has done post-doc research at Geophysics Department of Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences (University of São Paulo) during 2015/2016 and at Cardiff University, UK during 2018/2019. He is an assistant professor (MS-3.1) at Department of Geology and Natural Resources, Institute of Geosciences (State University of Campinas). He has experience in Geosciences and uses different techniques, including Geological Mapping, Structural Geology, Petrology and Geochronology, to understand the tectonic and geodynamic processes that shaped the planet Earth throughout its history.
