Associate Professor 3 at the University of São Paulo. Master in Environmental Science from the University of São Paulo (1997), Ph.D. in Economics Applied to the Environment UNICAMP (2005), post-doctorate in Water Resources Management at Univ. Wageningen and free teaching at the University of São Paulo (2018). He holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management from TU Dresden. He is the coordinator of PROCAM a graduate program in Environmental Science (Note 7 CAPES) and accredited in the Complex Systems Modeling program (SCX/EACH/USP).
