Mutations of proteins components which form the spliceosome, such as U2AF35, ZRSR2, SRSF2, SF3A1, SF3B1, PRP40B, U2AF65, SRSF1 and SF1, are related with tumorigenesis in myeloid and lymphoid lineages.
