Scientific and Technological Policy PhD at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), Master in Human and Social Sciences (Unicamp) with experience at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Public Policy Manager (Unicamp) and Business Administrator (Unicamp) with research development training in program evaluation at the University of New Mexico (UNM-USA). Has 4 years of experience in evaluating results and impacts of Science, Technology and Innovation (ST&I) programs, 5 years of experience in public policy management with the Public Policy Studies Center (NEPP-Unicamp), 2 years of experience as a trainee teacher (Unicamp) in the area of social sciences and humanities, and 6 years as a grammar teacher at the Colmeia Community Pre-Vestibular Course. Member of the Research Groups GEOPI (Laboratory of Studies on Organization of Research and Innovation), PMG-IAC (Genetic Improvement Program - Agronomic Institute of Campinas), LESP (Laboratory of Public Sector Studies), GEICT (Interdisciplinary Study Group in Science and Technology) and GAPI (Innovation Policy Analysis Group).
