I have five years of experience with technology projects, developments and managing. I've dedicated my attention towards organisational culture implementation, agile development platforms, performance indicators and process and methods of work gamification. This was to ultimately optimise the performance results in teamwork execution. I'm also working with strategic marketing, digital marketing that is focused in inbound marketing and improving client experience. Furthermore, implementing customer relationship management platforms and defining the necessary integration between management systems and company communication channels are some of the other projects I'm working on.
