He holds a master's degree (2014) and an undergraduate degree (2010) in Business Administration from PUC-PR. He works as an external researcher at the TraDUS Project of the Ministry of Regional Development in partnership with the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid and, an associate researcher at the Center for Studies in Public Administration and Government of EAESP FGV. He works as a technical coordinator on the Sustainable Smart Cities Assessment System Project of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, as an advisor for smart cities and e-government for the Curitiba City Council and, analyst of internal controls and processes for BRF.
